Individual therapy is the traditional form of therapy where you as a client attend sessions with a psychologist on a regular basis. This usually involves classes once a week. Sometimes it works well with hours every 14 days, but a less frequent frequency than that usually only works for mild ailments. The more often you go, the faster you get results.
The treatment will be adapted to your problem, but is often based on cognitive therapy - or acceptance - and commitment therapy, schema therapy or variants thereof.
